Please provide business information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, borrower records, or other sensitive or confidential information through the public website form.
Our hosting and technical service providers may process information associated with website requests, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
We record a submission identifier to avoid duplicate requests. To limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse, the website derives a keyed identifier from the network address associated with a request and stores a request count and time window. This identifier is separate from the contact details in your enquiry.
3. How information is used
- To respond to questions, arrange demonstrations, and follow up on your business enquiry.
- To understand the products or workflows you are interested in and manage our business communications.
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website and prevent misuse.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and establish or protect legal rights.

This website is hosted on Vercel. Demo requests are stored in our Supabase database and made available to authorized FirstSignals team members so they can review and respond to enquiries. Submitting the form does not automatically send an email or schedule a meeting. Our hosting and database providers process information to deliver these services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or legal process, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable legal protections.
5. Cookies and browser settings
Website technologies and service providers may use cookies or similar tools for functionality and security. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. You can manage or delete them through your browser settings; blocking some technologies may affect website functions. Any third-party service you choose to visit has its own cookie and privacy practices.
